We spend our whole lives searching for something that gives us our meaning. We waste much of our lives on things that were never really worth it. We find the beauty in the places we’d least expect it. We miss the best things in life because we were focused on the wrong things. We allow ourselves to repeat the past because we can predict the future. We let fear of the unknown control our choices. We let ourselves give up far too easily. Why can’t we just close our eyes and leap into that jump. As scary as it is, sometimes we just have to trust we’ll land on our feet, for once, instead of falling once again. We already know the ending to that other story, why can’t we just let ourselves pick a new adventure.

Let’s just hold hands and make a new happy ending. Isn’t that all we ever wanted in the first place, why don’t we just let ourselves try?
